Contact support

Get help with your integration or a delivery problem.

You can reach us by email:

The link opens a draft in your email app. If you use webmail, you can copy the address instead. Nothing is sent automatically.

What to include

To help us investigate, describe what happened, what you expected, and how to reproduce it. Useful context includes:

  • Your organization and app IDs.
  • A campaign or delivery ID for a sending problem.
  • The error code, approximate time and timezone.
  • Your SDK version and device OS, when relevant.

In the dashboard, Contact support prepares a draft with the current page and organization ID. Campaign and delivery panels offer Get help with their app and trace IDs. You can review the included context before opening your email app.

API keys, provider credentials, device tokens and notification content are not added automatically. You should leave secrets and unnecessary personal data out of your message.

To report an abusive notification or a misuse of Carillon, email abuse@carillon.dev. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what to include in a report and what to do when an API key is exposed.

Working with an agent

Your agent can read the troubleshooting guide, inspect the relevant trace and prepare an email summarizing its findings and the IDs above. Review the message before sending it; preparing a diagnosis does not authorize the agent to send email.
